KPD is a family run business and takes its name from the initials of three of its four partners. KPD was formed back in 1999, originally as a UK & European Haulier carrying out work for two of Northampton’s biggest firms, Avon & British Timken amongst many others, this service continues to deliver goods for many industries throughout UK & Europe today. In the early part of year 2000 KPD Private Hire was formed. The aim was to supply a service to Brixworth & surrounding villages unlike anything seen in the area before. KPD is now a vital village link with Northampton, Kettering, Wellingborough & Market Harborough. Having started out with just two cars KPD now operates a fleet of modern vehicles with our partners ranging from 4 passenger seats up to 8 passenger seats. Services include local taxis to and from Northampton, long distance travel including the servicing of all major UK Airports and seaports. KPD carries out over 1500 airport journeys per year. It’s absolutely essential to book well in advance for weekends and Bank Holidays.
